Blog

This blog tells about the updates Angela makes.

It features her art but talks a bit about others, etc. as well. This does not happen in every post!

Angela is not shy in speaking up about others who have inspired her, etc.

This blog is to help create awareness of LGBTQ rights, etc. but first speaks up for Women in the arts.

However please note that if you have any political issues, etc. contact those in charge of them. This blog is mainly about art.

Thank you for understanding and Namaste

Update to studio and planner!

Hey everyone!

I hope you had a great weekend and have a wonderful week.

I have a few collages to share with you today!!!

The first collage shows the progress I’ve made with the flowers in my studio!

I don’t know about anyone else but I’ve been stuck on PBS when I can! While I’m waiting for my paint to dry, etc. is the perfect time!

They show some wonderful things there!

I’m working on another wall in the meantime though! I need more paint for it too.

As I said in my last post I’ve chosen Raw Sienna and white. It matches well with the peace signs in the middle of the flowers.

I haven’t taken pictures because it just looks like a regular wall to me.

I may share in the future though. We shall see….

I can’t say that I love the top leaf of that flower being so dark because it just looks odd but we shall see.

I may keep it that way.

My other collage is a project that I’ve been working on.

I keep a daily journal/planner and ordered some pages for it.

It was inspired by so many but I never could find a planner that fit my needs completely.

That is why I made my own!

The pages I ordered ended up being to big, so I cut them into the size that would fit.

To do that

  1. I simply took out a regular paper from my planner, used it as a stencil and cut it out.

  2. I used a hole puncher to make the holes needed and cut them out as well!

  3. I cut the stickers to size. If you wish you can use a ruler to make sure that you cut it out correctly.

  4. I labeled each sticker and put them on the pages.

  5. I put them in my planner and BINGO!

I’m still thinking about getting this idea down

and

publishing it but want to incorporate my art into it somehow.

That might happen, it might not. Shrugs We shall see.

Anyway, I hope you all have a great week!!!

Until next time.

Namaste

Angela
