Collages and New Smoothie!

Hey!!!

I hope that you had a wonderful week!

Halloween is almost here and so I’ve been making Halloween-themed sets!

I have to admit that I’m taking a small break on my site as far as paintings go.

That part of my site is being worked on but I’ll still be sharing here!

This week it’s jewellery!!!

Moving on,

I also made a smoothie that I’d like to share!

I call it Pumpkin Pie Smoothie because to me it takes like Pumpkin Pie smoothie style!

I made this one based on the great Kris Carrs Pumpkin Power in Crazy Sexy Juice!

I can't say that I followed her recipe altogether but I sure did learn from her!!!

In all honesty, I very rarely follow any recipe completely.

I like to measure as needed, etc.

It’s just not always possible to do that.

This time it was!

That book is really great if you like smoothies.
I left out a few things and added to it as well.

I'll share what I did but I highly recommend buying her book!!!

1. About half of a can of pumpkin puree'

2. 1 small frozen banana

3. About 1 Cup of Almond milk but add more depending.

4. 5 sprinkles of Pumpkin Pie Spice

5. 2 large spoonfuls of Almond butter

6. 3 Medjool dates

   
   It's REALLY YUMMY too!

   I’ve thought of making a book of smoothie recipes myself but never have done it.

   Maybe one day…Who knows.

   Changing the subject a bit, I share daily on my Facebook business page and Instagram.

Don’t ignore injustice because as the great Martin Luther King said injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.

Fear can paralyze a community and get people to become silent about the things that matter most.

Do not let others drag fear into your heart. Do not stay silent!
