Smoothie and collages!

I hope you had a great weekend.
I’ve started back on Smoothies again and have one to share with you all!
I always feel a bit better when on my smoothies for some reason.
This one was rather simple.
I just added
1 handful of Kale
1 1/2 frozen babanas
2 large spoonfuls of Peanut Butter
Fill the rest up with OatMilk or whichever kind of milk you would like!
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Flax seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
3 tsp monk fruit
I usually add the seeds after the Peanut butter to make sure they stick and stay in properly.
This suggestion is not a must!
