I have a few things to share today.
I wanted to start off by sharing a new smoothie that I created!
Blueberry4Blue Smoothie
1 Frozen banana
1/2 Cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 Cup Pepitas Seeds
1tsp Sesame Seeds
1tsp Chia Seeds
1tsp Flax Seeds
1tsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 Cup Monk Fruit (optional)
1 Cup Oat Milk or whatever type of milk you use!
