Global Tiger Day!

I made this collage in celebration of Global Tiger Day!!!
I hope that you all like it. It was shared on my other pages as well.
Today I post about Tigers but I thank all of those who stand up for all issues that help!
Like the feather in Tim Burton’s Dumbo, you are all helping others find their wings to fly!!!
I absolutely love all of you for that and think it’s a great thing to do. Keep doing what you do, you’re awesome!
I wanted to share another collage that I made to thank those who take the time to listen and care when it comes to vegan options.
I wish that if you eat vegan, you had just as many options as those who eat non-vegan.
That is simply not the case in certain areas but that does not mean it is not the case in other areas!
That also doesn’t mean that the good should not be noted.
This world has enough bad in it and unless people wish to add to that, they should consider that facts in ALL matters.
I stand up for what I believe is right by noting the good in my art!
I am by no means saying that these issues are fixed 100%! I am simply standing up for them with good.
Everyone is the boss of their own life and makes their own choices.
I hope one day options are given to all but that is not only my call.
Everyones voice matters and together 1 voice becomes 2,3,4,5, 10,000 we can make a difference.
Voices ARE making a difference too!
I added a toothpick that I got after a meal to this artwork, when visiting The Salty Dog in Bluffton. It’s shown in this collage.
I was very impressed because I did not expect much understanding of my being vegan there.
They had very few options but the manager actually came to talk to me!
She was extremely nice and helpful.
It was obvious to me that she wished she had more options to give.
Taking the time to listen to another may be one small action but it lets people know that they matter enough to talk to.
The fact that there are very few if any vegan options in some areas makes it easy to think that nobody really listens and cares when it comes to anything vegan.
That simply isn’t true though. If it were, nobody would have any vegan options at all and there would not be any vegan foods, etc.
Those options are increasing and that should be noted too!
I realised long ago that if people want to simply see the negative, I do not have to follow their lead.
Adding vegan to any menu is simply a good business move!
I have a few artist' friends who are vegan as well.
I’m sure they all appreciate having more options! It truly is heartwarming to me.

I absolutely love standing up for what I do in my art from time to time but we all know that all costs money.
Art supplies are simply not free.
As I have said, I am not a politician, Preacher, or a well known actor, etc. so I am not paid as often.
I truly simply want to help others believe in themselves.
If the right feather is given to me so that I can do that, I’ll fly anywhere!
Contests can be based on:
painting
poems
short stories
Jewellery
Digital works
Theatre
Any form of art contest is one that I would be hugely interested in seeing!
