Smoothie & Audio!
Hey you guys!
I can’t say that I have that much to share this week but I DO have a couple things to share. I first wanted to start off saying HAPPY PRIDE to those in the LGBTQ+ community and share a older work of mine!
The next thing I have to share is a smoothie! I made this one and titled it Hepburn Smoothie! It was inspired by Robyn Hepburn.
I talk a bit about why she inspired this Smoothie in the audio that I share below!

You’ll find the ingredients to this smoothie below.
1 Cup PARTIALLY frozen fruit put in first.
3tbsp Monk Fruit
3 spoonfuls Super Collagen
2 bags of Ningxia Red
1 Cup Oat milk (or the milk of your choice.)
Blend and Enjoy!
