This blog is to help create awareness of LGBTQ rights, etc. but first speaks up for Women in the arts.

Hey you guys!

I have a few things to share with you this week.

The first is…you guessed it, a new smoothie!

This one is very simple as you will see! You only need 3 things.

1. 3 Frozen Kiwis

2. 1/2 C Frozen Pineapple

3. 2 C Apple juice
