Smoothies, etc.
Hey you guys!
I have a few things to share this week! I want to start off with smoothies!
I made a smoothie to share last week but left it out. Due to that I wanted to post it this week! Seeing as how I had two smoothies to share, I just made another collage for you guys! I hope that you like it.

The first one on the right is my Kale, Coffee Smoothie!
1/2 C coffee (Frozen or unfrozen)
Banana (Frozen)
1 tsp flax seeds
1tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Sesame seeds
2 handfuls of Kale
2 tsp monk fruit (lower if you don’t like things super sweet!)
2 C Oat milk or whichever milk you like!
Blend and enjoy!
The smoothie on the left ended up being my favourite! I love the way the purple just made the seeds pop! Plus, it was REALLY good!
Grape and Seed Smoothie!
2 C Grapes (Frozen)
2 Mandarin Oranges
1tsp Sesame Seeds
1tsp Hemp Seeds
1tsp Flax Seeds
1tsp Chia seeds
2 C Oat Milk
Blend and be ready for mind blowing refreshing YUMMYNESS!
